All product contact parts are manufactured from 316L stainless steel and virgin PTFE, with FDA-compliant materials used throughout. Standard sealing materials include FKM (Viton), with alternative seal options such as EPDM, silicone and FFKM available to suit specific product requirements. Food-grade PVC suction hoses are used where applicable, and the machine’s quick-strip design allows fast, thorough cleaning to support strict hygiene protocols and minimise production downtime.
The Syringe Stopper Press is a manually operated stopper press machine for pre-filled syringes.
