The kit can quickly extract genomic DNA from fresh plant tissues and plant cultured cells. Fresh plant tissue is ground with liquid nitrogen. Proteins, polysaccharides, cell debris, etc. are extracted and removed by the lysate and chloroform. DNA binds specifically to the adsorption column to quickly wash and remove impurities such as proteins and salts. Finally, the DNA was dissolved in buffer EB.
