Overview

  • Entry-Level UHPLC Capability (60 MPa)

The system supports a pressure range up to 60 MPa, making it compatible with both conventional 40 MPa methods and advanced columns containing $2.0μm or smaller particles. This allows for improved resolution and significantly shorter analysis times.

  • Unparalleled Retention Time Reproducibility

Featuring Hitachi’s unique high-speed feedback real-time control and High Frequency Mode (HFM), the 5110/5160 pumps ensure extremely accurate solvent delivery for highly reliable results.

  • Extremely Low Carry-over (≤ 0.003% )

Thoughtful engineering of tube connections and injection port shapes eliminates dead volume, ensuring minimal carry-over for even the most persistent components7. The 5260 model further enhances this with a built-in two-solvent washing function.

  • Versatile Column Management

The system offers generous column compartments, with the 5310 Oven easily accommodating up to three 300 mm analytical columns9. It includes a block-type Peltier pre-heating function to deliver excellent peak symmetry and shape.

  • Innovative "Tool-less" Usability

Designed for maximum convenience, the system features a unique MEM column fitting that can be secured by finger-tightening while maintaining pressure tolerance up to 140 MPa.

  • Space-Saving Safety Features

A built-in 3-liter waste tank is housed directly within the column oven, freeing up laboratory floor space and improving overall operational safety.
