The ProFat™ system is a compact, at-line solution designed to rapidly determine the fat, moisture, and protein content of raw and pre-blended meat. Using an AOAC Official Method (2008.06) for moisture determination, it provides process control data in just 2.5 minutes. By analyzing the entire sample rather than just the surface, ProFat delivers highly accurate and repeatable results comparable to standard oven drying and fat extraction methods.
