Responsibilities:
- Provide excellence in customer service and as first contact for client inquiries and concerns
- Prepare sales quotations for customers, tender documents or contracts
- Maintaining and update customer records from time to time as per needed
- Assist the Marketing team with various activities, eg. Trade Shows, Mass Mailings
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Perform all other job related duties as assigned to support sales and marketing team
- Assist the sales team to follow up on quotations generated
- Generate related report for management’s review.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology or related Life Science discipline.
- Customer service oriented & able to work under minimal supervision
- Organized, good coordination & follow-up skills
- Competent in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint). proficiently in Adobe Photoshop will an added advantage
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong attention to details and highly organized
- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Motivation and strong desire to take on new challenges and learn as much as possible.
