Terms & Conditions for Voucher Redemption:

          1. Eligibility

• This campaign is open to all customers of Gaia Science Sdn Bhd who have made a purchase or used our services. 

          2. How To Redeem Your Voucher? 

• Customers must submit a genuine Google review on the official Gaia Science Malaysia Google Business Page. The review must contain a minimum of 10 words and include star rating. The Google Review must remain publicly visible for the redemption to remain valid.

• Customers must ensure they are following our official social media pages (LinkedIN/ Facebook/ Instagram).

• After submission, customers must send a screenshot of the posted review & followed social media page to our email: marketing@gaiascience.com.my. Only submissions received via this email will be processed.

• Upon  successful verification, customers will receive a RM20 KFC E-Voucher. The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or other products. 

       3. Validity

• The voucher is valid for one-time use only.
• This campaign ends on 31st December 2025 and may be modified or terminated at any time.
• Each customer is eligible for one voucher redemption regardless of the number of reviews submitted.

         4. General

• Gaia Science Sdn Bhd reserves the right to verify the authenticity of reviews. Fraudulent, duplicate, or irrelevant reviews may result in disqualification.
• By participating, customers agree to the full Terms & Conditions stated.
